Ambrosia Apple (while quantities last)
Zone: 5 – 7
Ripens: First half of October
Fertility: Needs a pollinator
Skin Colour: Mostly red blush with some green remaining around the top and bottom
Flesh: Cream coloured. Slow to turn brown. Fine, crisp texture.
Flavour: Sweet. Honeyed. Aromatic. Sub-acid.
Usage: Good for fresh eating and salads
Honeycrisp Apple (while quantities last)
Zone: 5 – 8
Ripens: End of September
Fertility: Needs a pollinator
Skin Colour: Red with a patch of yellow-green. Mottled red striped over yellow-green base
Flesh: Cream coloured. Explosively crisp with a coarse texture.
Flavour: Sweet. Mildly aromatic. Sub-acid.
Usage: Excellent fresh eating. Good for desserts.
Red Jonagold Apple (while quantities last)
Zone: 5 – 8
Ripens: First half of October
Fertility: Needs a pollinator (Do not use Golden Delicious)
Skin Colour: Redder than Jonagold but still striped over a yellow base.
Flesh: Creamy white. Firm. Crisp.
Flavour: Sweet. Tart. Aromatic.
Usage: Good for fresh eating, cooking, processing.
Hedelfingen Cherry (while quantities last)
Zone: 5 – 8
Ripens: Last week of July
Fertility: Needs a pollinator – Stella, Bing, Van, Vista, Napoleon, Valera, Vandalay
Skin Colour: Very dark red
Flesh: Black. One of the softer varieties.
Flavour: Sweet. Has some tartness to it.
Usage: Excellent for fresh eating, and pastries
Sweetheart Cherry (while quantities last)

Ripens: middle to late summer, late season
Fertility: self-fertile
Skin Colour: bright red outer skin and heart-like shape
Flesh: very juicy with a firm texture
Flavour: sugary sweet flavor with a well balanced tart finish
Usage: fresh eating, but also suitable for cooked applications in both sweet or savory dishes, ideal for preserves and baked goods
Vandalay Cherry(while quantities last)
Zone: 5 – 9
Ripens: Middle of July
Fertility: Needs a pollinator – Stella, Bing, Van, Vista, Napoleon, Hedelfingen
Skin Colour: Wine red
Flesh: Dark red. Softer than Bing. Purple juice.
Flavour: Sweet. Sweeter than Hedelfingen.
Usage: A good cherry for fresh eating, and pastries
Fantasia Nectarine (while quantities last)
Zone: 5-9
Ripens: Middle of September
Fertility: Self-pollinating
Skin Colour: Mostly red over yellow. Smooth.
Flesh: Yellow. Firm. Freestone.
Flavour: Tangy when picked early. Sweet when picked later.
Usage: Good for fresh eating, desserts, canning, and preserves
Bosc Pear (while quantities last)

Ripens: Second half of September
Fertility: Needs a pollinator – Flemish Beauty, Bartlett
Skin Colour: Dark tan colour with russeting
Flesh: Yellowish-white. Smooth. Dense. Crunchy.
Flavour: Rich. Slightly acidic.
Usage: Excellent dessert pear. Good for cooking.
